AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to architect, build, and scale a modern data platform. You will design production‑grade ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize Snowflake data warehouse schemas, and establish robust DataOps practices.

You will orchestrate workflows using Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster, implement data quality and lineage frameworks, integrate REST APIs and event‑driven sources, and apply software engineering standards including CI/CD, Docker, and automated testing to data

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong Python proficiency with modular, well‑tested code.
• Advanced SQL, data modeling, and normalization/denormalization concepts.
• Hands‑on Snowflake experience.
• Production‑grade pipeline orchestration with Airflow/Prefect/Dagster.
• REST APIs, event streams, and batch/streaming data integration.
• Automated data quality checks, lineage, and alerting.
• Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT workflows.
• Create production schemas in Snowflake for analytics.
• Ingest data from REST APIs and event streams into core storage.
• Maintain orchestration pipelines with Airflow/Prefect/Dagster.
• Implement data quality, lineage, and proactive alerts.
• Apply CI/CD, Git, and Docker to data repositories; enforce IaC patterns.
