Job summary

Capgemini Mexico is seeking a Senior Data Operations Engineer to support and maintain our enterprise data platform. You will own platform stability, deploy Snowflake, DBT, Matillion, Streamlit, and related tools, while driving automation and governance with a customer‑centric mindset.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, Security, and Business teams to improve reliability, performance, and costs, ensuring robust, scalable data infrastructure for business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Platform Operations, Snowflake Admin, or Cloud Operations.
• Experience supporting mission‑critical production environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive business‑critical initiatives.
• Experience deploying Snowflake, DBT, Matillion, Streamlit, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Snowflake environments across Production, QA, Development, and DR.
• Manage user provisioning, RBAC, access controls, service accounts, warehouses, databases, schemas, and configs.
• Execute and support production deployments for Snowflake, DBT, Matillion, Streamlit, Control-M, Autosys.
• Monitor platform performance, usage, costs, alerts, and health; troubleshoot incidents and perform RCA.
• Handle ServiceNow requests, changes, and operational support activities; maintain runbooks and SOPs.
• Develop automation using Python, SQL, APIs, and GitHub; support governance and security reviews.
