Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Analyst for Data & Analytics to deliver critical insights and scalable reporting. You will develop SQL queries, build dashboards, and partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product to guide decision making at leadership levels including the CFO.

You will leverage AI to automate processes, drive forecasting, and enable cross-functional analytics in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in analytics, BI, or strategy consulting.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake is a plus.
• Experience building financial models and automated reports.
• BS/BA in relevant field; Masters is a plus.
• SaaS experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Regularly report findings and key metrics to leadership, including C-Staff.
• Develop SQL queries and ad hoc analyses to identify trends and drivers.
• Build decks and dashboards to generate insights for decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on metric definitions.
• Use AI to automate processes and scale analytics.
