Spin - Job Board External in Mexico is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead analyses, mentor peers, and partner with business and tech teams to drive improvements and strategic decisions.

You will design robust analytical approaches, evaluate experiments, and translate findings into clear recommendations that enhance performance and customer experience. The role requires proactive problem solving and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with complex data structures.
• Solid experience designing and evaluating experiments under a causal inference framework.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, visualization, and experimentation workflows.
• Experience designing and delivering BI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Responsabilidades

• Independently design and execute complex analyses to address high-impact business questions.
• Partner with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering to gather and clarify requirements.
• Define and evaluate experiments under a causal inference framework including A/B testing.
• Translate business objectives into analytical requirements and ensure alignment.
• Document tasks under agile methodologies including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with data engineering and governance teams to implement scalable analytics solutions.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Mentor junior analysts and stay current with tools and industry best practices.
