SimplePractice is seeking a Data Analyst II in Mexico City to shape a data-driven culture. You’ll blend technical problem-solving with strategic thinking, developing metrics frameworks and optimizing reporting pipelines to empower stakeholders across multiple teams.

You’ll mentor others, translate insights into action, and contribute to product enhancements and business improvements through experiments and analytics. Explore cross-functional impact in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data querying.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Ability to interpret complex data using advanced analytics like predictive modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic about data, analytics, and collaborating with data scientists.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data analysis projects across multiple units from requirements to recommendations.
• Design and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets.
• Develop and maintain statistical models and dashboards to track KPIs and trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders across the company.
• Mentor junior analysts and work with data engineers to improve data infrastructure.
• Drive strategic decision-making by analyzing metrics and customer behavior.
