Spin - Job Board External is seeking a Data Analyst to transform complex data into clear insights that drive strategic decisions and improve customer experiences. You will work across teams to design analyses, build data models, and automate reporting using SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau or Looker.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with structured datasets.
• Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with Python for data manipulation, exploration, and visualization.
• Desirable: knowledge of cloud-based data architecture and ingestion processes.

Responsabilidades

• Collaboration: Gather, clarify, and document functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Impact Evaluation: Support analyses using A/B testing and control groups.
• Analytical Capacity: Use SQL, Python or equivalent to extract and analyze data.

• Agile Documentation: Record tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Solution Delivery: Partner with product, engineering, and data governance teams.
• Insight Communication: Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Continuous Learning: Proactively grow tools and methods expertise.
