Job summary

SimplePractice is seeking a Data Analyst II in Mexico City to shape our data-driven culture. You will design metrics frameworks, optimize reporting pipelines, and transform raw data into actionable insights for Product, Design, Engineering and other teams.

Mentoring junior analysts and partnering with engineers will be part of your role. You will work with multi-national teams and may participate in onsite activities in the US and Mexico, contributing to better product experiences and customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data querying and analysis.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Ability to interpret complex data using advanced analytics to forecast trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data analysis projects across multiple business units from requirements to final recommendations.
• Design and execute advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets.
• Develop and maintain statistical models and dashboards to track KPIs and identify trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders and guide business decisions.
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with data engineers to improve data infrastructure.
• Drive strategic decision-making by analyzing business metrics and customer behavior.
