Job summary

Trailhead in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own analytics across content performance, learner sentiment, and business impact. You will build semantic models, data pipelines, and predictive frameworks that turn signals into meaningful decisions for content owners and executives.

You will work with SQL/CRM data, Snowflake, and Tableau to craft dashboards, while exploring AI-assisted tools to automate analysis and storytelling for product, marketing, and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics or data science across structured and unstructured data.
• Experience with cohort/propensity matching and causal inference.
• Advanced SQL in large-scale cloud data warehouses (Snowflake).
• Experience structuring unstructured data like survey responses into analyzable signals.
• Executive-level storytelling across performance, sentiment, and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own content analytics and portfolio views from the Content Intelligence Engine.
• Design pipelines for unstructured learner feedback and CSAT/confidence metrics.
• Lead design of cohort methodology linking engagement signals to commercial outcomes.
• Build and evolve a living semantic model of content performance across facets.
• Deliver agent-queryable data structures usable by AI layers for reasoning over content and outcomes.
• Communicate findings clearly to Trailhead leadership and cross-functional teams.
