Nielsen is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights for panel operations. You will connect data, automate analytical workflows with AI, and identify risks before they occur, collaborating with multiple teams to keep processes running smoothly.

You will blend AI-powered analytics with hands-on problem solving, delivering robust dashboards and data-driven recommendations to drive performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data science, business analytics, statistics, or related field, plus experience analyzing operational or survey data.
Proficient with AI tools to write queries, summarize data, and automate analytical workflows; strong hands-on with SQL, Excel, and modern data processing tools.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken communication.
Soft skills: attention to detail, organization, and the ability to influence colleagues.
Experience using Claude or GitHub Copilot for data querying, Python scripting, or logic validation.
Experience with panel operations, audience measurement, or media research.
Hands-on experience with Python, Tableau, Alteryx, or Google Data Studio.
Familiarity with data governance, UAT, ticketing systems, or supporting U.S.-based teams remotely.

Responsibilities

Monitor panel health by tracking key metrics, use AI to detect trends and risks early.
Design scorecards, predictive models, and AI-assisted workflows to answer business questions.
Validate data pipelines, spot logic issues, and forecast reliably with AI tools.
Create action plans with milestones, track requests, and resolve issues.
Collaborate with Operations, Tech, Quality, and Workforce Management to remove roadblocks.
Automate documentation, support audit readiness, and share data stories with stakeholders.
