NielsenIQ is seeking a privacy and compliance professional to support data protection programs across the Americas. You will monitor adherence to regulations, review DPAs, support DSARs, and contribute to AI governance, reporting to the Americas Privacy Leader.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in privacy or governance, IAPP certification, and fluency in English and Spanish, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• IAPP certification preferred.
• 3+ years in privacy/compliance/governance roles.
• Experience reviewing DPAs, contracts, and legal docs.
• Familiar with DPIAs, data breach processes, and third-party risk.

Responsabilidades

• Support privacy and data protection compliance across the Americas.
• Conduct privacy assessments and help implement mitigation measures.
• Review, negotiate, and manage DPAs and privacy clauses.
• Support DSAR handling and incident response processes.
• Maintain privacy docs, governance records, and reporting using tools like OneTrust.
• Develop and deliver privacy training to promote a privacy culture.
• Contribute to AI governance frameworks and monitor evolving AI regulations.
• Collaborate with legal, business, and global privacy stakeholders across regions.
• Provide language support and assist regional/global privacy programs.
