Polaris Industries is seeking a Senior Applications Support Analyst in Monterrey, Mexico to provide advanced production support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) within the International Order-to-Cash process. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365 F&O.
• Strong L2/L3 production support experience in a global D365 F&O environment.
• Solid knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes including customer setup, sales order processing, pricing, fulfillment, invoicing, AR, and returns.
• Experience with multi-country D365 F&O operations and D365 Commerce integrations.
• Proficient in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms; incident, problem, SLA, and knowledge management.

Aufgaben

• Provide senior-level production support for D365 F&O within International O2C.
• Own incidents from triage to closure, including root-cause analysis and service restoration.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, engineering, and Microsoft Support as needed.
• Monitor queues, SLA compliance, and document recurring issues for improvement.
• Support batch processing and integrations across end-to-end transaction flows.
