Demant in Mexico City is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O consultant to support, optimize, and evolve our global ERP platform. You will work with cross-functional teams across countries and manage incidents, changes, and service requests end-to-end.

The role requires 3+ years of ERP consulting experience, familiarity with ServiceNow or Azure DevOps, and a strong grasp of wholesale and logistics processes. English fluency and willingness to travel are essential.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Logistics/ Finance or equivalent.
3+ years as a Consultant with D365F&O or AX2012 or another ERP.
Familiar with ServiceNow or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of wholesale, logistics and hub processes.
Fluent English and collaborative mindset.
Travel availability expected.

Responsabilidades

Provide ongoing support to super users and business analysts, triaging issues and ensuring timely resolution.
Own incidents, changes or service requests until closure.
Monitor backlog in ServiceNow and act on business priorities.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure high quality delivery and knowledge transfer.
Facilitate super user training and UAT testing related to code release cycles.
Participate in initiatives contributing business knowledge and application insights.
