Polaris Industries, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor in Monterrey, Mexico to lead a high‑performing team at our PGA distribution center. You will oversee daily operations, safety, quality, and productivity targets, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, 3–5+ years in automated distribution or manufacturing, and experience with AS400, RF/barcode tech, and material handling systems. You will manage budgets, train staff, and report on performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in large-scale automated distribution operations or manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing sustainable, metrics-driven solutions.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and supervising staff in accordance with company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee departmental operations and special projects to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Prepare performance reports and manage budgets related to labor, packaging, and maintenance.
• Schedule, train, and develop staff; conduct interviews and evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR and staffing agencies to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Balance multiple demands while upholding safety and continuous improvement.
