Polaris Industries in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a Senior Applications Support Analyst to provide advanced production support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations within the International Order-to-Cash domain. You will manage complex incidents, coordinate with global stakeholders, and ensure stable system operations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or D365 F&O.
• Strong experience with L2/L3 production support in global D365 F&O environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior-level production support for D365 F&O within International O2C.
• Own incidents from triage through resolution and closure; coordinate with global teams.
• Monitor service levels, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
