Hartree Partners is seeking an IT Support Analyst (D365) to provide daily support for business software across LATAM plants and offices. The role focuses on troubleshooting, enabling users through training, and producing documentation to ensure smooth operations.

You will work with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and D365, and support D365 Finance & Operations modules. The position is based in Mexico City with a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote).

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in systems and applications support.
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365) and other financial/operational applications.
• Experience with D365 F&O modules (Finance, Procurement, SCM, or WM).
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily troubleshooting and end-user problem resolution for business software (Microsoft D365, custom apps).
• Provide application training to end users as required.
• Develop system documentation and training materials for applicable applications.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal support staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain application security and user access per internal procedures.
• Document ongoing end-user issues and build a knowledge base of resolutions.
• Collaborate with teams to deploy patches, upgrades, and testing.
• Support integrations and scheduled tasks, perform daily checks.
• After hours and weekend support may be required.
