Epicor is seeking a Manufacturing Support Specialist in Monterrey to diagnose and resolve software and system issues while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will troubleshoot client-server applications, including SQL-based and ERP-related systems, and contribute to a fast-paced support team.

Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying current with updates, and mentoring others to share best practices.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Identify technical or system issues, troubleshoot, repair, test solutions, documenting findings.
• Resolve client-server software issues involving SQL, web servers, payment terminals, network printers, and mobile devices.
• Handle complex cases where standard procedures may not apply with clear, customer-centric communication.
• Stay current with software updates and changes to ensure timely and accurate support to customers.
• Assist with system setup, configuration, and the use of programming or integration tools that aid in customization, extension, and integration of products.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as customer experience and sales to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the department's knowledge base and FAQs.
