Caylent is an AI-first cloud services company enabling organizations to turn ambitious ideas into meaningful business impact. We are a fully remote global company with teams across North America and LATAM, delivering AWS, AI, and Anthropic Claude-based solutions at enterprise scale.

As a Senior CXE Engineer, you will hands-on build contact center transformations—coding in the AWS console, crafting Lambda/CDK stacks, and deploying AI agents and flows.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering at enterprise scale.
• 2+ years building on Amazon Connect or comparable CCaaS platforms.
• Strong Amazon Connect skills: flows, Cases/Tasks, Contact Lens, Profiles, Streams, analytics.
• Experience with LLM-based development (Bedrock/Claude) and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js, Python; production React; serverless AWS.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-native self-service using Amazon Connect AI agents and Bedrock/Claude.
• Engineer prompts and tool-calling integrations at production scale.
• Implement barge-in handling, fallback, and error-recovery for voice AI.
• Optimize inference cost and latency with model tiering and caching.
• Diagnose AI agent performance with observability tooling and logs.
• Build multilingual conversational experiences with SSML-enabled voice interactions.
