We are seeking a Sr Representative, Customer Service to deliver exceptional service, build customer relationships, and act as the first point of contact for inquiries.

Hybrid role based in Saltillo Coahuila, Mexico. Minimum qualifications include a BA in business, 3+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
