Formerra, a leading distributor of engineered materials, seeks a Sr Representative, Customer Service for a hybrid role in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering timely, professional responses and building strong relationships to ensure client loyalty.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, maintain accurate records, and identify process improvements while delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
