Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in quality or customer claims handling in manufacturing, industrial, or service contexts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient English communication, written and spoken, with global teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints and claim activities from intake to closure with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate claim-related tasks, returns, cross dock logistics, and processing with internal and external teams.
• Communicate claim status and actions through portals, email, tickets, and collaboration tools to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Maintain audit-ready records, CAPA documentation, 8D reports, and claim files per DPS standards.
• Track KPIs like responsiveness, aging, and closure rates to drive continuous improvement.
