Job summary

INSPYR Global Solutions is seeking a Creative Project Management Senior Associate in Mexico City (Hybrid) to translate briefs into production schedules and coordinate high-volume digital projects. You’ll manage timelines, track feedback, and ensure assets meet brand standards before handoff.

You will collaborate with designers, account teams, and production partners, using Airtable, Asana, Jira, Alli, and familiar with Figma/Adobe CC workflows to streamline delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of creative project management, digital production, or studio operations, including agency experience supporting paid media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of digital creative projects from intake through final delivery.
• Translate briefs and direction into clear production schedules with tasks, owners, milestones, dependencies, and review deadlines.
• Track workloads and adjust priorities with studio leadership and account teams to keep production moving.
• Consolidate feedback and give designers actionable instructions during review cycles.
• Check deliverables against briefs, brand guidelines, asset requirements, and platform specs before final handoff.
• Maintain project trackers, provide status updates, and flag risks early with recommended actions.
