Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Production Designer for the Production Studio in Mexico City. The role focuses on building production-ready assets for global events, digital campaigns, and demand-gen materials with a strong aesthetic and adherence to brand guidelines.

You will work with the Studio Manager and project managers to intake requests, deliver scalable, cost-efficient production, and ensure assets meet final production specs across print and digital formats. Portfolio required.

Qualifications

• BA or BFA in Marketing, Design or related field.
• Extensive experience in design, production or related field.
• Experience working in digital design and production at an internal marketing organization or advertising agency.
• Deep understanding of creative production processes across digital & print formats.
• Print experience is essential; role focuses on events and global signage.
• Experience managing internal client relationships and agencies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English.
• 8 years of industry or related creative experience.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project managers and project requestors to understand the project scope and proactively ask pertinent questions when needed.
• Expertise building print mechanicals using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, preparing all files for the printer following CMYK specifications and printer specifications.
• Deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready files for events and digital demand gen, across a range of media formats.
• Ability to take existing concepts and lay them out in various formats with a strong visual aesthetic.
• Expert understanding of Salesforce guidelines
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at one time
• Highly proactive, communicative, and focused on delivering on deadlines
• Ensure all final assets are properly prepared and uploaded to the internal DAM
