Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Production Designer for the Production Studio in Mexico City. This hybrid role focuses on scalable production, taking approved concepts to final production across print and digital media for global events and campaigns.

You will work with the Studio Manager and PMs, building assets for print, digital channels, emails, banners, and signage, while maintaining a strong aesthetic and brand alignment. A portfolio showing your role is required.

Qualifications

• BA or BFA in Marketing, Design or related field.
• Extensive experience in design, production or related field.
• Experience in digital design and production within a marketing org or agency.
• Deep understanding of creative production across digital and print formats.
• Print experience is essential for events and global signage.
• Experience managing internal client relationships and agencies.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• 8 years of industry or related creative experience.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope with project managers and requestors; ask pertinent questions as needed.
• Build print mechanicals using InDesign and Illustrator; prepare files for printer per CMYK specs.
• Deliver production-ready files for events and digital campaigns across media formats.
• Layout existing concepts into various formats with strong visual aesthetics.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce guidelines and brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate proactively to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and upload final assets to the internal DAM.
