Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in banking/relationship management.
• Knowledge of banking and investment products and processes.
• Strong credit skills and early warning detection.
• Ability to close deals and manage credit origination.
• Advanced accounting, financial modeling and statement analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
• Self-starter with adaptability and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Calls on clients to deepen relationships and proactively identify needs and risks.
• Serves as clients' contact point and coordinates with internal departments.
• Introduces solutions to clients and strengthens portfolios.
• Coordinates with product specialists to tailor solutions.
• Partners with Case Manager for onboarding and KYC compliance.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities to increase share of wallet.
• Supports Senior Relationship Managers in structuring deals balancing risk and reward.
• Maximizes client experience with market updates and insights.
• Researches prospective clients and networks for new business opportunities.
• Prepares and oversees transaction submissions and annual reviews for credit lending.
• Protects Citi's assets and reputation by strong risk management.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and Citi policies at all times.
