Syneos Health in Tlalnepantla, MX, seeks a Contracts Manager to own contract and change order processes, coordinating with Project Leads and Business Development to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.

You will maintain CRM/Contract Management records, review budgets, and ensure adherence to GCDM. Up to 25% travel may be required; BA/BS in business or finance with 2–5 years in contracts or budgeting within clinical research is preferred.

Formación

• BA/BS in Business Administration or Finance with 2–5 years in budgeting, finance, proposal development and/or contracts management in clinical research/pharma environment.
• Must be customer-centric, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Flexibility in responding to job demands.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel, Word; comfortable with budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Owns and manages contract processes to ensure timely delivery and execution.
• Negotiates and prepares contracts, budgets and related docs for complex clinical trials.
• Drives revenue targets through workload management and prioritization.
• Develops customer relationships and works with Project Managers and customers.
• Maintains timely CRM and Contract Management records.
• Follows GCDM processes to deliver high-quality documents.
• Maintains flexibility and adjusts priorities in a dynamic environment.
• May travel up to 25% as required.
