Novo Nordisk in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Lead for Clinical Contract, Budget and Payment to lead end-to-end development, negotiation and execution of clinical trial agreements and budgets across Mexico, enabling timely study start and patient enrollment.

You will drive compliant contracting, coordinate site payments and vendor relationships, monitor budgets against FMV, and partner with Legal, Ethics and Finance to ensure ICH-GCP and SOP adherence while promoting cost efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Life Science, Finance, Business Administration, Law or related field.
• Around 5 years of experience in contracting, budgeting, vendor management, or compliance in pharma/healthcare.
• Solid knowledge of contract management, budgeting and regulatory requirements.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaborations and managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate, draft and manage Clinical Trial Agreements and Master Services Agreements with sites and vendors.
• Prepare and negotiate investigator, trial and vendor budgets aligned with FMV and global requirements.
• Coordinate site payments end-to-end; ensure timely processing per contracts and budgets.
• Drive vendor relationships at country level and monitor performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve cost efficiency across budgets.
• Support execution in compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements and SOPs.
