Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager II for Mexico Remote. You will oversee site management, monitoring activities, and data integrity across trials, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

This role partners with cross-functional teams to drive timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in clinical trials, familiarity with CTMS and monitoring plans, and a strong knack for risk assessment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to lead and align teams to achieve project milestones.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Experience with site management and monitoring (clinical or central).
• Knowledge of risk-based monitoring is preferred.
• Understanding of clinical trial management financial principles and budget management.
• Good computer skills and ability to apply problem solving to data and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site management and monitoring to ensure patient safety and data integrity.
• Oversee study budgets, timelines, and contract obligations with teams.
• Develop CMP/SMP, monitoring plans, and risk plans; manage CTMS/UAT and dashboards.
• Coordinate training for study team on protocol specifics and data workflows.
• Escalate risks and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
