Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager II for Mexico Remote. You will oversee site management, monitoring, and data integrity, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance across active trials.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and applying risk-based monitoring strategies to meet study milestones. Collaboration with CTMS tools and vendors is essential. This position offers global exposure and potential for career growth within the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proven ability to lead and align teams to achieve project milestones.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Expertise in site management and monitoring (clinical or central).
• Preferred experience with risk-based monitoring.
• Knowledge of clinical trial management finances and budget management.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees site management, monitoring and data integrity with patient safety focus.
• Manages site interactions post activation through closeout.
• Identifies risks and mitigations related to RA/RACT and data.
• Reviews scope, budget and protocol content with the clinical team.
• Uses metrics to identify risks to deliverables and timelines.
• Escalates risks to project manager when out of scope.
