Syneos Health, Inc. in a sponsor-dedicated remote role across Mexico, Argentina, Brazil seeks a Site Contract Specialist-II / Contract Manager II to lead CTA negotiations and budget discussions for site start-up.

You will partner with legal, finance, and clinical operations to execute contracts and budgets efficiently. You will maintain trackers, follow sponsor templates, and drive study activation while ensuring regulatory and ICH-GCP standards are met.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing CTAs, CTA amendments, site budgets and contract lifecycle with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of CTA drafting/negotiation, contract templates and budget development strategies.
• Experience maintaining negotiation status and documentation in sponsor tracking systems.
• Excellent understanding of Phase II-IV clinical trials, ICH-GCP, and clinical development processes.
• Strong project management, organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review contract language and budgets for completeness and accuracy and document corrections.
• Maintain internal project trackers with accurate and timely information.
• Negotiate study budgets within approved parameters before escalation.
• Attend weekly internal and external progress meetings and provide updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and site activation timelines.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify contractual or operational risks early and drive solutions.
• Draft and finalize documents for Studies-start up and lead Kick-Off meetings.
