Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contract Specialist I/Contract Manager I – Sponsor Dedicated (Remote in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina) to support negotiation and management of Clinical Trial Agreements and study budgets. You’ll work with internal stakeholders and investigator sites to drive timely contract execution and site activation, developing expertise in contract lifecycle and budgeting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, up to two years’ clinical research

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in a CRO/pharma/clinical research environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Review and negotiate CTAs and related contract documents using approved templates.
• Support site budget negotiations within established parameters.
• Track contract and budget activities in sponsor systems.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of contract documents and budgets.
• Attend project meetings and provide negotiation updates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support start‑up and site activation timelines.
• Build relationships with investigative sites and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate issues that could impact contract execution timelines.
• Assist in preparing start‑up documentation and study materials.
• Support finalization and execution of site contracts and budgets.
