Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader at our Cuautitlán site. The role reports to the CI Director and leads the CI/TPM function to deliver cost savings and productivity improvements across manufacturing facilities in North America.

We value strategic leadership, development of people, and strong English communication to align TPM strategies with plant goals. This full-time position emphasizes TPM, loss elimination, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• BSc in Technical Discipline, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of functional/leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated significant and relevant experience in TPM implementation.
• Advanced / professional English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team to identify projects for cost reduction and productivity.
• Drive cost improvement activities across functions to achieve savings.
• Manage OGSM/metrics alignment for organization-wide coordination.
• Apply TPM tools to build capability and eliminate losses (FI, AM, EEM).
• Share and reapply best practices in resources, tools and expertise.
