MuchoRed is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to join our preconstruction team and drive delivery of ground-up commercial and multifamily projects across the United States. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules, monitor critical path, and collaborate with project teams to keep projects on track.

The role requires expertise in CPM scheduling, Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and strong English communication. 5+ years in construction scheduling or related fields preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling, project management, or field operations.
• Experience with ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and construction sequencing.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Professional English communication (C1 or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules from preconstruction through project completion.
• Build baseline schedules, monitor critical path activities, and identify schedule risks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, subcontractors, and clients to optimize project sequencing.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and schedule updates.
• Track procurement milestones, long-lead items, and project progress.
• Support project planning, turnover, and schedule reporting.
