Walbridge de Mexico is seeking a PROJECT CONTROL / Senior Scheduler to lead scheduling and project controls for large-scale industrial and data center construction across Mexico. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed schedules spanning design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.

You will coordinate with project teams and clients, produce look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and risk analyses, and drive timely decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in project scheduling/controls for industrial or large-scale commercial projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 for schedule development and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, baseline, maintenance, and updates of integrated project schedules.
• Monitor progress, analyze variances, and support corrective action plans.
• Coordinate inputs with PMs, superintendents, and design teams for schedule integration.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress reports, forecasts, and risk analyses.
• Develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules to support planning and reporting.
• Provide guidance on scheduling best practices and lessons learned.
