A global professional services company is seeking a Construction Scheduler for large-scale hospitality projects in Mexico City. The role involves developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring timely delivery across all project phases. Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of experience in project controls and experience with hospitality developments. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, and the company offers an inclusive work environment.

Formación

• 7 years in project controls, planning and scheduling.
• Proven experience on hospitality projects—hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments.
• Expertise in developing detailed project plans from master schedules using Primavera P6.
• Ability to monitor trends, analyze schedule impacts and prepare status reports.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the project master schedule for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Prepare and maintain the Basis of Schedule.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely updates and accurate progress reporting.
• Facilitate Interactive Planning Sessions (IPS) with discipline leads, vendors, and client representatives.
