Walbridge de Mexico, a leading industrial construction company, is seeking a PROJECT CONTROL / Senior Scheduler to lead scheduling for large-scale projects across industrial, manufacturing, data center, and commercial facilities.

You will develop and maintain detailed schedules, track progress, forecast outcomes, and support risk analysis, collaborating with project teams, clients, and subcontractors on site.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field or equivalent scheduling experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling or controls for industrial, manufacturing, data center, or large-scale commercial projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6; MS Project experience is a plus.
• Experience developing baseline, recovery, look-ahead, and resource-loaded or cost-loaded schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, baseline preparation, maintenance, and updates of integrated project schedules for all project phases.
• Monitor progress, validate field data, analyze schedule performance, and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and owners to integrate schedule inputs and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, and risk analyses for leadership and clients.
• Develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules to support manpower and cash flow forecasting.
• Provide technical guidance and improve planning and reporting processes.
