Job summary

INNOVACION YLIQUIDEZ EFECTIVA seeks a Registered Compliance Officer for its SOFOM, responsible for CNBV registrations, regulatory filings, and overall compliance governance.

In parallel, you will head UNE with Condusef, assisting in customer complaints and related matters, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to standards. Ideal candidate holds CNBV PLD/FT certification with fluency in Spanish and English, and a solid regulatory compliance background.

Qualifications

• Must have passed the CNBV PLD/FT certification exam (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing).
• Spanish speaker with professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Registered Compliance Officer for the designated SOFOM, responsible for CNBV-related registrations, routine regulatory filings, and compliance matters.
• Concurrently serve as the Head of the UNE registered with Condusef, assisting in handling customer complaints and related matters.
