Eaton is seeking a CNC Programmer to generate 3D/2D geometries and NC programs that meet blueprints for onsite manufacturing. The role emphasizes cycle time optimization, tool selection, and dossier preparation, with Mastercam expertise preferred.

Responsibilities include creating manufacturing instructions, running first parts for buy-off, and mentoring operations personnel. A technical or engineering degree plus 3+ years of experience are preferred.

Formación

• Engineering degree preferred or technical degree.
• More than 3 years’ experience in CNC programming.

Responsabilidades

• Development of 3D and 2D geometries according to blueprint.
• Development of NC programs for lathe and mills.
• Definition of cutting tools and geometries.
• NC equipment utilization.
• Administration and control of NC programs using DNC system.
• Compliance with QMS and Trade Compliance for technical data; maintain records.
• Creation of manufacturing instructions / Dossier.
• Use of Mastercam for NC programming.
• Provide guidance and training to operations personnel.
• Run first parts following NC program for buy off.
• Define cycle time for new parts.
• Optimize cycle time for existing parts.
• Continuous improvement on machining operations.
