Souriau-Sunbank Connection Technologies is hiring a CNC Programmer in Tijuana to generate 3D/2D geometries, develop NC programs for lathes and mills, and define tooling per blueprints. The role includes tool geometry definition, NC execution, and creating detailed manufacturing dossiers and setup cards.

You will run first parts, optimize cycle times, and train shop personnel while ensuring QMS and trade compliance and continuous improvement in machining operations.

Formación

• Engineering degree preferred or technical degree.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Advanced computer usage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop 3D/2D geometries per blueprint.
• Create NC programs for lathes and mills.
• Define cutting tools and tool geometries.
• Utilize NC equipment and DNC system.
• Produce manufacturing dossiers and setup cards.
• Provide guidance and training to operations staff.
• Run first parts for buy-off and establish cycle times.
