Souriau-Sunbank Connection Technologies in Tijuana, MX, is seeking a CNC Programmer to generate 3D and 2D geometries and create NC programs to meet blueprint requirements. The role emphasizes cycle time optimization, tool selection, and preparing manufacturing dossiers including setup cards, NC programs, and work instructions.

You will use Mastercam for NC programming, define tools and tool-holders, run first parts for buy-off, and contribute to continuous improvement in machining operations

Formación

• Engineering or technical degree required; 5+ years experience preferred.
• Experience using Mastercam for NC programming.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and symbols.

Responsabilidades

• Develop 3D and 2D geometries from blueprints.
• Develop NC programs for lathe and mills.
• Define cutting tools and geometries including tool holders.
• Use NC equipment effectively.
• Manage NC programs with DNC system.
• Create manufacturing instructions / dossier.
• Use Mastercam for NC programming.
• Provide guidance to operations personnel.
• Run first parts for buy-off.
• Define cycle times for new parts.
• Optimize cycle times for existing parts.
• Drive continuous improvement in machining operations.
