One Mobility Group in Mexico is seeking a Senior Cluster Controller to drive financial performance across a cluster of manufacturing plants. You will partner with Plant Management to align local objectives with global targets and reporting standards.

The role interfaces with the Finance & Controlling organization, translating operational performance into actionable insights and guiding strategic planning, budgeting, and cash flow management across sites.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in automotive and/or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Power BI and advanced Excel for KPI reporting.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Drive financial performance, transparency, and business steering for a regional cluster of plants.
• Interface between plant leadership and global Finance & Controlling to translate operations into financial insights.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and cash flow management across sites.
• Promote best-practice sharing and continuous improvement in controlling processes.
