One Mobility seeks a Senior Cluster Controller to drive financial performance across a cluster of manufacturing plants in the region. You will partner with Plant Management to align local objectives with global targets, translating operations into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with Finance & Controlling, support strategic planning, and ensure governance, cost control, and profitability while promoting lean practices and effective decision-making across sites in Mexico.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in automotive and/or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Power BI and Excel for reporting and analytics.
• Basic knowledge of the E-Mobility market is an advantage.
• Background in automotive operations preferred.
• Experience supporting business, finance, or operational processes in production.
• Proven track record working with diverse international stakeholders.
• Familiarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide management with information to support decisions and actions.
• Suggest actions to improve EBIT and financial performance.
• Report financial results to managers and coordinate activities.
• Participate in developing strategic short- and long-range plans for operations and growth.
• Responsible for financial planning, procurement, and investment of company funds.
• Analyze financial records to forecast future position and budget needs.
• Initiate cost and governance actions and enforce approval limits.
