LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a leading global automotive manufacturer to recruit a Plant Controller who will be a strategic partner to plant leadership, driving financial performance, reporting accuracy, and operational decision-making.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, brings 7–10 years in manufacturing or automotive finance, is fluent in English, and has strong US GAAP knowledge, Excel expertise, and ERP experience to support plant operations and

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
7-10 years of finance/accounting experience within manufacturing or automotive environments.
Advanced English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
Experience supporting plant operations and presenting results to senior leadership.
Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.

Responsabilidades

Partner with plant leadership to achieve financial targets and forecasts.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and financial reporting activities.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and controls.
Analyze manufacturing costs, profitability, and operational performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic decision-making.
