Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 5+ years in 24x7 production operations or cloud services.
• Strong depth in AWS or Azure with Kubernetes in production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a resilient, secure SaaS platform meeting SLAs.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, management, and incident response across cloud infra (AWS/Azure).
• Monitor site stability and troubleshoot production issues across the stack.
• Scale infrastructure to meet growing demand with cost-conscious practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Services and others to satisfy requirements.
• Develop and improve operational runbooks and patterns for safe deployments.
• Maintain security/compliance standards and participate in on-call rotation.
