AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own the reliability and orchestration of an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment. You will drive AWS, EKS, Argo Workflows, Snowflake and Tableau dependencies.

Lead incident response, shape IaC and CI/CD standards, mentor engineers, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across LatAm and India windows, with a flexible hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Cloud/Platform Engineering or SRE experience.
• Deep hands-on AWS production experience and cloud architecture.
• Advanced Kubernetes and Amazon EKS know-how.
• Hands-on with Argo Workflows or similar orchestration.
• Infrastructure as Code experience, preferably Terraform.
• Observability, logging, and incident-response expertise.
• Ability to lead major incidents and cross-functional troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, S3 data lakes, SQL, dbt, and ingestion tools.
• Proficiency in Python or shell scripting for automation.
• Excellent English communication; LatAm time window availability.

Responsabilités

• Own the reliability of the managed Data Platform across AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, Argo, Snowflake, S3, Fivetran and Tableau.
• Lead transition into managed services with discovery, risk mapping, and knowledge transfer.
• Establish IaC standards, CI/CD and release practices, observability patterns, and controls.
• Provide technical leadership for AWS, Kubernetes, Argo, and deployment automation.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and backlog.
• Coordinate cross-platform decisions for Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and data pipelines.
• Lead complex cross-platform troubleshooting and L3 escalation.
• Direct incident response with impact assessment and post-incident reviews.
• Ensure changes have review, dependency analysis, rollback planning, and traceability.
• Define reliability metrics like availability, data freshness, and MTTR.
• Drive automation, observability, and cost-efficiency improvements.
• Partner with Security, Governance, Analytics, IT for least-privilege access.
• Review designs and ensure secure, scalable, supportable solutions.
• Mentor engineers and improve team practices across a distributed team.
• Maintain LatAm and India coverage alignment for escalation and handoffs.
• Participate in senior escalation and on-call model.
