DoorDash Mexico seeks an experienced Data Engineer for the Tax Data Mart team to build and operate data pipelines powering analytics and decision‑making. You will design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and optimize data models to support reporting and analysis.

You will report to the Manager of Tax Data Mart and work with Analytics, Data Science and business partners to ingest, transform, validate, and curate data. Strong SQL, Python, and modern data tooling are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a data engineering role.
• Experience with DBT or similar data workflow tool.
• Experience using Claude, Cursor and similar AI tooling.
• Expert SQL skills, Snowflake experience.
• Proficiency in Python for data pipelines.
• Knowledge of Airflow, Spark, Kafka and modern data stack.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
