Zendesk is seeking a Principal, Enterprise QA & IT Delivery Leader to orchestrate large-scale testing across complex integrations and major transformation programs. You will serve as the QA engineering delivery lead for enterprise initiatives, partnering with Business and Product to ensure high-quality, reliable releases.

Based in Mexico, the role focuses on scaling QA governance, automating across Playwright and CI/CD pipelines, and driving bi-directional traceability and data hygiene across QA

Formación

• 10+ years in Software Quality Engineering or QA Delivery leadership.
• Experience leading QA for large-scale enterprise programs.
• Proven ability to drive QA governance and defect management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee release cycle quality governance and risk management.
• Lead AI-driven testing strategies to scale coverage.
• Own end-to-end QA strategy for complex transformations.
• Maintain auditability with thorough RCA and traceability between tests and defects.
• Drive QA ceremonies and stakeholder alignment across teams.
• Manage QA platforms, tooling, and data hygiene enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with Business and Product to prevent requirement leakage.
