Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico seeks a Principal Continuous Improvement Engineer - Lead (Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, bilingual) for Ethicon Endo. Lead CI initiatives across operations, engineering, quality, supply chain and finance to drive productivity, quality and cost improvements.

You will develop CI roadmaps, mentor project teams, and champion a culture of structured problem solving with measurable results.

Formación

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt required.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain CI roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead productivity, cost reduction, waste elimination, and quality initiatives.
• Partner with finance to quantify financial impact of CI projects.
• Support new product introductions, transfers, automation, and process optimization.
• Coach engineers and project leaders in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Build scalable coaching structure with Green/Black Belts across the site.
