Johnson & Johnson in Juárez, Mexico is seeking a Staff Project Management Engineer for the Orthopedics Business to lead complex engineering projects from initiation to closure.

You will define objectives and plans, build schedules and budgets, oversee QA and regulatory compliance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within cost.

Strong communication, Six Sigma, and ERP experience are valued as you drive Lean improvements and ensure adherence to GMP/QSR standards.

Formación

• B.S in Engineering required; MS/MBA preferred.
• Six Sigma Green/Black certification preferred.
• 6–8 years in manufacturing/design engineering.
• English fluency essential for cross-functional work.
• Experience with ERP systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering projects to on-time, on-budget delivery while preserving quality.
• Develop project objectives and detailed plans with management.
• Monitor schedule, costs, and resources; implement changes.
• Ensure compliance with QSR, ISO/FDA design controls.
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage NCR and CAPA processes.
