Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Quality Engineer Staff in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. The role focuses on developing and applying quality engineering methods to control transfers, maintain product quality, and support regulatory compliance across the product life cycle.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor in engineering, 6–8 years of experience, strong data analysis and Six Sigma knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor in Engineering or related field.
• 6–8 years of work experience in quality or manufacturing.
• English communication skills, oral and written.
• Knowledge of risk management and GMP/ISO regulations.
• Lean Six Sigma training or certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Revise and analyze effectiveness of PDCA, Six Sigma, and Lean tools.
• Support quality engineering activities and regulatory audits.
• Establish quality metrics and oversee NC/CAPA investigations.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with manufacturing and QA teams.
