Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico seeks a Principal Continuous Improvement Engineer - Lead (Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, bilingual) to guide the site’s Lean/Six Sigma program. You will drive productivity, quality, and cost improvements, coaching teams across Operations, Engineering, and Quality to deliver sustainable results.

The role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of manufacturing systems, GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Lean Master Black Belt and Six Sigma Master Black Belt certifications are preferred.
• 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead value stream transformation initiatives across manufacturing and support functions.
• Drive waste elimination and flow optimization throughout the value chain.
• Coach and mentor Green Belts and Black Belts in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Partner with Finance to quantify financial impact of improvement projects.
• Develop and deploy Lean/Six Sigma best practices and governance across the site.
